How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide accounting and tax services, meet our legal and professional obligations, and communicate with government agencies such as the ATO and ASIC on your behalf.

Website enquiries

Information you submit through our website forms is emailed to our office and used only to respond to your enquiry. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Guide downloads and emails

When you download a guide we collect your name, email, and optionally your phone number and role, to provide the guide and keep a record of your request. We only send you tax tips, reminders or other marketing emails if you tick the box to agree. Every email identifies us and includes a way to unsubscribe, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

Disclosure

We do not sell your information. We only disclose it to third parties where needed to provide our services (for example the ATO, ASIC, SMSF auditors or software providers), where you consent, or where the law requires it.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
